Password Reset

You can initiate a password reset two ways: (1) through the website or (2) through the launcher.

Through the Website

1. Go to www.zephyr-sim.com

2. Click “Sign In”

3. Click “Forgot Password”

4. Enter the email associated with your Zephyr Sim account

5. Click “Submit”

6. You will receive an email with a Reset Password Link and a Password Reset Key

7. Click the “Reset Password” button/link

8. A new browser window will open prompting you to enter a new password

9. Enter your new password in the “Password” field

10. Enter your password again in the “Confirm Password” field

11. Click “Submit”

12. You will now be able to login with your new password

Through the Launcher

1. Open the Little Arms Launcher

2. Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In window

3. Enter the email associated with your Zephyr Sim account

4. Click “Continue”

5. You will receive an email with a Reset Password Link and a Password Reset Key

6. Make note of the Password Reset Key

7. Go back to the Launcher window and click “Use Reset Key”

8. Enter the Password Reset Key from the email into the “Reset your password” field

9. Click “Next”

10. Enter your new password in the “Password” field

11. Enter your password again in the “Confirm Password” field

Reset key is not working in the Little Arms Launcher

I have a reset key, but I navigated out of the password reset window on the Launcher

You can get back to the reset key entry screen by:

1. Opening the Launcher

2. Clicking “Forgot Password”

3. Clicking “I have a reset key”

4. Then follow the remaining instructions under Through the Launcher. Step #8
